Why is Mental Health Important?
To me, mental health is important because I believe everyone deserves to have access to tools that make their headspace feel like a safe place! Just like we go to the doctor when we don't feel well, the mind also deserves to be treated with the same compassion and professional care when needed. I'd like more people to know that managing their mental health is not something they need to take on on their own! It’s ok to ask for help sometimes!

When I’m not working at Niche, I primarily spend my time as an artist and writer. Currently, my artistic practice is primarily composed of me exploring different ways to “turn trash into treasure”as well as using my art as a way to connect with my childhood. I greatly enjoy finding different ways to give the things we throw away a new life, by turning them into pieces of comfort and or beauty for those around me! :)
